Church COVID Measures Update

Beginning April 1^st,

The following precautions will remain in place :

• the use of face masks inside the church building until further notice.
• the use of face masks for praise teams.

The following will be discontinued :

• Temperature scans
• COVID screening
• Social distancing
• Registration for in-person worship

EASTER EVENTS

1.Station of the cross

Journey with your fellowship, small group, or alone, through the 7 sayings of Christ on the cross in a prayer walk at the church as we focus ourselves for Easter. Available times starting April 4^th.

• Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 5pm
• Wednesday April 13^th, 7pm – 9:30pm: English prayer meeting will be at the church.

For additional times please contact your pastor to arrange.

2. Good Friday Worship will be held on Apr 15^th(Friday)

3. Easter Baptisms
   Please pray for our brothers & sisters whose baptisms will be shown during the Easter English Sunday worship. They are Natalie Lam, Kaitlyn Ong, Jennifer Huang, Nathan Chiang and Emmanuel Loveson. We ask God to continue to strengthen their faith and guide them in this next step of commitment to Christ.
   

EM PRAYER MEETING AND SUNDAY SCHOOL

1. Prayer Meeting will be happened at 8pm on Wednesdays.  A great opportunity to care for each other and be cared for. Come and walk in community with each other.
2. Sunday school is  from 9am-10am“Matthew – I walked with Jesus.”Come and explore the life of Jesus with Pastor Scott and apply the word of God to life.
   There will be no class on the 17^th.
   

CHILDREN MINISTRY

Sonlight Bundle children fellowship (Grade 1 to 6) will resume in person meeting on April 09, 7:30 – 9:00 pm. For inquiry, please contact Pastor Angelina.

ADMINISTRATION AFFAIRS

a.  Due to delay in completing our internal audit, our 2022 AGM will be postponed to May 01, 2022 from 3 to 5pm.

b. We are inviting brothers and sisters to apply for 2022 Church Internal Auditor position. Interested members who possess relevant experience please contact Deacon Tim Ho before April 17^th, 2022.

Offering Report for March 2022

OTHERS  

1.Church In-person Gatherings

Church has resumed in-person gatherings, and fellowships and small groups can hold events and gatherings at the church. Please apply through fellowship committee or department head for room reservations.

2.Infant Dedication — Infant Dedication Ceremony will be held on June 19^th. If you want your child(ren) to be dedicated on that day, please contact Rev. Scott or Pastor Mike.

3.Pastoral News

Rev. Fred Chiu will be away to Costa Rica from Apr 12^th to 21^st . He will lead the retreat for the local church and also on vacation. He will be back to the office on Apr 22^nd(Friday).

KOINONIA CAMP 2022

We are excited to launch two awesome in-person summer initiatives for children and youth Grade 1 – 8 this summer  from July 11^th – August 12^th , 2022.(5 weeks) Registration is Open.
