Deacon Board Announcements
a. The Deacon Board has passed a motion to postpone our Annual General Meeting (AGM) tentatively to September 20th, 2020, subject to the lifting of the state of emergency in Ontario.

b. As an interim measure, the Board has passed a motion to extend Rev. George’s current contract as Acting Senior Pastor to September 30th, 2020.


Others
1. Special Offering
a. We will collect a special offering from today until July 4th for Urban Promise to bless those in need in the Greater Toronto Area who live in government housing.   If you want to participate, please use the tithe.ly app and choose Give to: “Others” and in the Note please write: Urban Promise.


b. Urban Promise exists to reach children in Toronto Community Housing with the love of Jesus, and raise them into leaders, who restore their community.  Their desire is to see a generation of young leaders from Toronto Community Housing who love Jesus and serve their community.


c. Other than using Tithe.ly, the church will accept mail-in cheque offering . Please follow the attached instructions.  Do not mail cash or drop off your tithing in person as the church building is closed.



2. News of members
Paul Leung’s (Bethany Fellowship) father passed away on June 16th, and Paul has returned Hong Kong for the funeral service. May God comfort him and the family during this difficult moment.
