2022 Annual General Meeting Continuation
As we did not meet quorum requirement, all submitted ballots are voided. Votes will be accepted from 9am to 9pm today. For those seeking more information the 2022 AGM will resume today from 2 to 3pm via online Zoom (no in-person meeting). Revised AGM material can be uploaded from our church web page.

- Accept Financial Report 2021
- Accept 2022 Budget
- Voting for 2022 Internal Auditor
- Voting for accepting Fang Yang as our Mandarin Ministry Pastor
- Voting for accepting Rev. Fred Chiu to be our Mandarin Ministry volunteer lead Pastor.
- Confirmation of Choir Conductors and Fellowship Counselors.

We will continue to use face masks inside the church so people can feel comfortable going forward.
4.Church In-person Gatherings

Pastor Angelina and Connie Ma will join the retreat of “Children and Family Ministry Certificate Training Program” launched by Canadian Baptist Of Ontario and Quebec(CBOQ) from May 15th (Sunday afternoon) to May 17th at Camp Kwasind.
