2022 Annual General Meeting Continuation
As we did not meet quorum requirement, all submitted ballots are voided. The 2022 AGM will be postponed to May 15, 2022. Meeting session will be from 2 to 3pm via online Zoom (No in-person meeting), and voting will be accepted from 9am to 9pm. Revised AGM material will be provided to members today.
Voting items as follows:
- Accept Financial Report 2021 and 2022 Budget
- Voting for 2022 Internal Auditor
- Voting for accepting Yang Fang as our Mandarin Ministry Pastor
- Voting for accepting Rev. Fred Chiu to be our Mandarin Ministry volunteer lead Pastor.
- Confirmation of Choir Conductors and Fellowship Counselors
