ADMINISTRATION AFFAIRS
1.Church Council Meeting will be today 4pm-5pm via zoom. All congregation councils and church council members are required to attend.
2.1st reading of Bylaw amendment:There will be a member’s meeting on June 26 th from 2 to 4pm viz zoom, where we will hold the first reading of the bylaw amendment pertaining to the deacon board structure and function review. Copy of the sections of the new bylaw will be available for members in the coming week. Members are encouraged to review the bylaw before attending the meeting.
COMMUNITY CONCERN
1.Community Distributing Flyers
Brothers and sisters are invited to join in distributing flyers to our neighbors for the “Community Day”. Please gather in room B12 today at 1:30 pm. For more information, please contact Deacon Edwin Siu or Sister Jacqueline Chan.
2.Logos Community Day 2022
a.It will be held on June 18th , 2022 in our church parking lot from 11am – 3pm. Our desire through this initiative is to engage and bless our neighbours and friends with a fun-filled day. For details please refer to the insert.
b.We will need bns to be our welcome ambassadors to our neighbours on that day. And we also need volunteers to help with kids inflatables, bike park, food and drink stations and ice cream cart. Bns who are interested in volunteering please submit your availability and contact info to volunteer@logosbaptist.org
