Important Dates

April 30, 2020 : Deadline for Applications

May and June : Administrative Assistant will start in May; Camp Coordinator and Camp Manager may start a week earlier than the other staff.

July 7 - 10 : Training Week

July 13 : First Day of Camp

August 14 : Last Day of Camp

Funding might be coming from the Canada Summer Jobs Program (CSJ). If funding comes form CSJ, here are the requirements:

When positions are part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program, funding is provided by Service Canada. Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered:

(a) is between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;

(b) is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*; and is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations;

(c) has a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.

Successful candidates are required to obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) before the start of employment.

Successful candidates are required to have completed the Standard First Aid - CPR C course by their first day of work.
