Body Life
The Church will hold a very meaningful photo exhibition Logos families to show the importance of church community during this time. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to take photos of their families and email them to the church. Please note we will use those photos to create albums for exhibitions or display on the Church’s website, so be aware of who will be viewing them. Please provide the contact name of the family member, and email the photo to the following address lbcfamily@logosbaptist.org.

1. Ways of Offering
a. On-line offering using Tithe.ly: please select only one of the Giving Types: General, Mission, Building, Thanksgiving or Others.
b. Mail-in cheque offering—The church also accepts mail-in cheque offering. Please follow the attached instructions.
Do not mail cash.
c. Cheque Offering Drop off to Church — Starting from July 27th onwards, brothers and sisters are allowed to drop off their offering at the Church on Mondays or Tuesdays during office hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). However, all visitors’ must sign in and out, fill out a questionnaire, have their temperature taken, wear a face mask, and observe social distancing.
2. Emergency Response: Beirut Explosion —
We will continue to collect a special offering this week to Aug. 22nd to support emergency response in Beirut, Lebanon, through Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM).
The Canadian government has launched the Lebanon Matching Fund. Through this fund, the government will match the contributions of Canadians – dollar-for-dollar – made to CBM, the Humanitarian Coalition and other registered Humanitarian Coalition members. CBM is participating in the Humanitarian Coalition’s appeal through it’s active membership in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank. For more information, please visit

4. News of members
Kenneth Ma’s mother, a Brother in Elim Fellowship, passed away at the age of 85 in Hong Kong on Aug. 11th. May God comfort him and the family at this difficult time.
5. News of Pastors, co-workers and church office
a. Rev. George Mah will be on leave from Aug. 18-21st, and will resume his duty on Aug. 22nd.
b. The church office has reopened and the pastors and office staff will be returning to work at the physical office on a rotational basis.
